What Is Black Oxide?
Black Oxide is a conversion coating that chemically reacts with the surface of ferrous metals to create a uniform, corrosion-resistant black finish. It improves lubricity, reduces light reflection, and provides mild corrosion protection when used with appropriate post-treatment oils.
